Mr. Neeraj Mishra

Mr. Neeraj Mishra is a visionary entrepreneur with extensive experience in the Information Technology industry. As the Founder & CEO of Preeminent Softcom, he leads overall business strategy, operations, team building, marketing initiatives, and business development. His focus on innovation, execution excellence, and long-term value creation has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth across multiple industry domains.

Mr. Rajiv Malhotra

Mentor and Guide

Rajiv Malhotra is an alumnus of FMS, Delhi, with over 36 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His career spans diverse roles and responsibilities, including setting up IT offshore centers for large enterprises, defining IT roadmaps, business process re-engineering, pre-sales and delivery leadership, and end-to-end ERP development covering architecture, customization, and implementation. He has previously worked with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Wipro, R Systems, and RSPL.

Mr. Deepak Nautiyal

Technical Head

Mr. Deepak Nautiyal has extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics technologies and ERP solution architecture. He is responsible for leading technical design, supporting ERP implementations, and ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure IT solutions. His technical leadership ensures smooth execution of complex ERP and digital transformation projects.

Mr. Ravi Awasthi

Head Product & Infrastructure

With over 15 years of experience in ERP solutions and IT infrastructure, Mr. Ravi Awasthi leads product strategy and infrastructure management at Preeminent Softcom. His expertise includes system architecture, large-scale IT environments, and ERP implementations. He also plays a key role in mentoring technical teams and driving innovation in product and infrastructure capabilities.

Senior Project Manager

Mr. Ashish Bhatt is a Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of  experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. He possesses deep functional and strategic expertise across Finance, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Sales & Purchase, Workflow Automation, and Intercompany modules.

Mr. Abhishek Kumar

 Project Manager

Mr. Abhishek Kumar is a  Project Manager with nearly 8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central 365. He has strong functional expertise across Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales & Purchase, Workflow, and Intercompany modules. With good knowledge of GST, TDS, and compliance processes, he plays a key role in delivering efficient ERP solutions aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
